FAQ. Frequent ask questions 1. How do i track my order or find my costumer center? (Orders are sent/picked up by postal service every Monday and Thursday at 20:00.)
Costumer center. Info: You can follow your order status from your customer center. Customer center link will be in your order e-mail that was just send to your mail address. Login to your user account, now a customer center link will be in the login box. Or use the link in the shop menu.. or you can click here "customer center"
2. Return for exchange to other size or other model. (or if its broken, and you want to have a new one)
How to return an item etc.
1. Make a copy of your invoice and put it in to the box you are returning.
2. Write inside the box a paper to us explaining what you want us to do. like: Please change this to XXL.. or please give me item number: 234xx56 in Large..
3. When you have shipped the package, please write us that you have sent something back, so we know that something is on its way. Write it in your costumer center for the order the things are from.

As a customer, you have several ways of taking advantage of your right of return. Within 14 days, after delivery. If more than 14 days, you must have reason why you did not return it in time, and we will help you anyway :) How to return an item etc.
1. Make a copy of your invoice and put it next to the item you are returning.
2. On our website under "Contact" you can find our address. Use this address. Write "Att: Retur pakke" on the label.
3. Write a note stating a descriptions of whatever you want your money back or want an outstanding debt. Add your bank name, registration and account number, so that we can pay you back. (if you made your order byt credit card we dont need your bank information, money will be send back to your credit card)
4. When you have shipped the package, please tell us that you have sent something back, so we know that something is on its way. This will make the whole process of handling run much faster. you can notify us, use your costumer center. Write message there please.
